• We do not guarantee that any recommendation will improve search rankings.
• We do not guarantee that the audit captures all issues affecting a website.
• Search engine algorithms change constantly — recommendations may become outdated.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Search engine rankings depend on hundreds of factors, many outside our control. Following our recommendations does not guarantee:

• Improved position on Google, Bing, or any search engine
• Increased traffic, sales, or conversions
• Faster indexing or any specific outcome

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipdeck shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the SEO Audit Tool or reliance on any audit report.

5. Acceptable Use

• Automate submissions (bots, scripts) without permission
• Attempt to overwhelm, crash, or disrupt the service

We reserve the right to block any IP or URL that violates these terms, without notice.

6. Reports Are Public

Audit reports submitted through this tool may be stored and displayed publicly. Do not submit URLs containing confidential or sensitive information.

7. Intellectual Property

The SEO Audit Tool, its UI, and its report format are property of Clipdeck. Audit reports themselves may be freely shared by the person who submitted the URL.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
